§1 Data Controller
1. The data controller is Echse-Net Damian Krasowski. Contact for data protection matters is handled electronically.
§2 Scope and Purpose of Processing
1. We process email addresses (authorization), billing info (B2B invoices), and IP addresses (security and access control).
2. For billing and technical monitoring, the system records compilation logs containing:
- The IP address associated with the Client connection,
- Exact CPU execution time measured in milliseconds (ms),
- Incoming and outgoing data transfer volume (Network I/O).
§3 Security and Disclosure
1. The default method of access is via a secure, encrypted VPN tunnel (WireGuard).
2. Personal data and technical logs are never shared with or sold to third parties, unless required by law.
3. Data is stored for the duration of the service and the mandatory tax retention period.
§4 User Rights
1. The Client has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data, provided it does not conflict with legal obligations like accounting retention.
